I contacted Glenn(the owner) regarding the gutter leak. Upon his inspection and his analysis of the problem he found other gutters and downspouts leakage and pointed out the root cause of the leakage - not fully functional underground drainage system.
In his proposal he gave a very detailed description of the job: placing 3 conductor lines, attaching downspouts with "Y" fittings, cleaning and servicing all gutters and end caps and elbows, installing gutter screws to existing gutters, spraying facia board where the wood has softened. He even provided a diagram of the conductor lines from the house to the sidewalk and to the storm drain.
He has done everything that was in the contract and beyond. At no charge he fixed the chimney flashing at the gutter, filled the cracks at the foundation corner.
We did have to call him back as as one of the gutters was still leaking. He replaced that gutter at no charge.
He went above and beyond his call of duty, he even gave me a maintenance manual he created for homeowners since he is also a certified home inspector.
Everything was done in a timely fashion( as weather allowed). Even my dad, who is very handy and hard to please, was impressed with Glenn's work!
From now on, Glenn will be my "go to", "default" person whom I can trust because he is honest and professional.

The response from this business was prompt and the owner was incredibly thorough with his assessment of what needed to occur with the gutter that was hanging. He also pointed out a few other items that he believes may be beneficial to proactively repair when the weather breaks, as opposed to waiting until they must be fixed (like the hanging gutter). Very professional and thorough and would highly recommend him.

The owner went out of his way to explain how they cleaned my gutters and all that was involved. Not only did they put all the debris in bags to take out to the trash, but they explained the minor items they fixed, what shape my gutters were in, and what to keep an eye on. They even come back for free if you have a stick or something that falls into the gutter, to remove it. I was impressed with the owner and his character and how quickly they got the job done. Will absolutely use again!

Glenn was so professional and right on time. There ended up only being a small issue with my sump pump that took him about 5 minutes to diagnose. He did not charge me despite me telling him I would completely pay a service call fee. So kind. As I am in contract on my home selling, I sent him my request to remedy form and he is handling some of the other items on the list for me. Reasonable pricing and I will keep his name in my contacts. So nice to find honest, good people in home repair!

Really nice guys. They finished the work when promised and did a great job. They even did extra to prevent other problems. They repaired the gutters, reran the gutter lines to the street and replaced the sod. You can barely notice that they were there. I highly recommend them and we will use them again.

I was very impressed with Glenn. He and his workers fixed and updated our gutters. They were extremely quick and even though they ultimately had to use more materials than originally anticipated, he still charged the same amount he verbally quoted in the beginning. Glen is super reliable and a hard worker. He fixed my gutters and completely gutted my basement down to the block to fix it. He identified the factors contributing to the moisture and fixed those things in order to control the water. My basement is the dryest it has been, and I didn't spend 15k on a waterproofing system!
